Harper Government puts its money where its mouth is with the Economic Action Plan

The Harper Government today released more details of its Economic Action Plan. Proving once again that this governments lives by its words, the new documents show how the Harper Government has pumped over $136 million dollars into the vital advertizing sectors of our economy. The government has single handedly put more money into the advertising sector of the economy than any other major corporation in Canada.

The Prime Minister's chief assistant was quoted saying "Of course we need to help this sector of the economy and our Economic Action Plan does this. If these businesses some how faltered we'd be in real trouble come election time. There would be no one able to communicate our election platform and we'd have to, like, tell the truth or something equally unpalatable."

This announcement of course, follows the one billion dollars put into the security establishment during the G8/G20 summit, and the recently announced corporate tax cuts.

The Harper Government knows who its constituents really are, and we show that we are listening.
